OPTION 1

From this thorough search, we curate a shortlist of the most suitable/promising properties.

We meticulously conduct property visits, furnishing comprehensive reports for each contender, ultimately pinpointing the top three options perfectly suited to your needs. Whether accompanying you in person or virtually, we elucidate why these properties meet your requirements, delivering a thorough market analysis covering price, condition, and future value. This empowers you to make informed decisions about which property to pursue, grasping its true worth and when to contemplate alternative options.

Our negotiation process is supported by meticulous, analytical data, often surpassing the level of detail employed by the selling agent. This enables us to secure properties at the most appropriate prices.

Once we secure the property, we initiate specialist reports as required to ensure they align with your standards. With these insights at hand, we move forward to settlement or, if needed, reopen negotiations based on the findings of these reports. Our primary goal is to secure the optimal property for you at the most favourable price, guaranteeing your contentment and peace of mind throughout every step of the process.

  • Upfront Fee – $2000 + GST (upon engagement).
  • Final Fee – 3.0 % + GST (of the final purchase price of the property)

You locate the properties you are interested in buying and produce your own shortlist.

Accompanying you on property visits, we ensure each option meets your specific needs. Our team conducts a comprehensive market analysis encompassing price, condition, and future value, empowering you to make well-informed decisions about which property to pursue. We offer transparent insights into the true value of each property, providing guidance on whether to proceed or explore other options.

Leveraging our detailed analytical data, we negotiate with the property owner or their agent to secure the property at the most favourable price possible.

Upon contractually securing the property, we organize specialist reports, such as building or structural assessments, to validate its suitability. With this information at hand, we proceed to settlement or initiate negotiations based on the findings of these reports. Our ultimate aim is to secure the best property for you at the best possible price, ensuring your satisfaction and confidence throughout the entire process.

  • Upfront Fee – $0 (upon engagement).
  • Final Fee – 3.0 % + GST (of the final purchase price of the property)
